We use Canada Post for your shipments and provide full tracking information.
When an order is placed on regular business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays), it will be it will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days, however please allow 10 business days to accommodate customized cookie orders and large volumes in general.
Please note our minimum order shipping charges are applicable to only orders within Ontario. However, orders from other provinces may incur extra shipping charges.

Canada Post attempts delivery once at your location. However, if delivery is unsuccessful, a notification will be left at your door and parcel will be dropped off at the nearest Retail Postal Outlet. You will have 10 business days to pick it up before the parcel is returned to us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Within the email, there is a link to the Canada Post website, follow the link to track your order after it leaves our facility.
